Adlai currently works as digital marketer in the revenue and product management unit at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the United Nations’ specialized agency in civil aviation. At ICAO, Adlai manages special creative projects, content marketing and ecommerce programs, and is the CRM go-to.
Prior to ICAO, Adlai served as project officer at the United Nations Association in Canada where he led the largest Canadian youth delegation to Habitat III in Quito, Ecuador during October 2016. He also established the Canadian Youth Delegate Programme to the United Nations in partnership with Global Affairs Canada, as well as a national young entrepreneurship program alongside the British Council Canada.
Adlai's has a passion for analytics, philanthropy, and higher education. He served as prospect management Associate at McGill University in Montreal, where he assisted senior management in optimizing philanthropic strategies according to data stories that ultimately led to securing transformative gifts for the university and student life.
Adlai holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations and a certificate in omni-channel content marketing, both from The University of Toronto.
